# How do I dispute a transaction?

## If you would like dispute a transaction on your VISA credit card or debit card, please complete the Transaction Dispute form.

The **Transaction Dispute** form can be found on our website by following the steps below:

- Visit our website at [www.AmericasChristianCU.com](http://www.americasccu.com/)
- On the menu, bar hover over **Services**
- Under the column **Tools & Resources**, select **Forms & Documents**
- Scroll to the **VISA** section, and then to the sub-section **Forms**
- Select the form titled **Transaction Dispute**

### **We offer two ways to complete and submit forms:**

**1) DocuSign:** A new tab on your internet browser will open to our secure e-sign portal. You may complete the form using a digital signature and submit the document directly to us. A member representative will be in contact with you to fulfill your request.

**2) Print:** A new tab on your internet browsers will open a PDF. You may print, complete and sign this form then fax or mail it to America’s Christian CU’s headquarters. A member representative will be in contact with you to fulfill your request.
