If you would like to close your account, please complete the Account Closure Request form.
The Account Closure Request form can be found on our website by following the steps below:
- Visit our website at www.AmericasChristianCU.com
- On the menu, bar hover over Services
- Under the column Tools & Resources, select Forms & Documents
- Scroll to the Personal Membership section, and then to the sub-section Other
- Select the form titled Account Closure Request

We offer two ways to complete and submit forms:
1) DocuSign: A new tab on your internet browser will open to our secure e-sign portal. You may complete the form using a digital signature and submit the document directly to us. A member representative will be in contact with you to fulfill your request.
2) Print: A new tab on your internet browsers will open a PDF. You may print, complete and sign this form then fax or mail it to America’s Christian CU’s headquarters. A member representative will be in contact with you to fulfill your request.
